Krishi Vigyan Kendra Namsai organised a training programme on Plant Health Clinic in Krishnapur villages of Namsai district on 22.03.24 under the Technology Demonstration Component of the National Innovation on Climate Resilient Agriculture programme. A total of 32 farmers/farm women participate in the training programme.
         Dr. Madhumita Sonowal Bora, SMS(Plant Protection), KVK Namsai explained about the different uses of bio-pesticides in agriculture/horticulture crops. She also emphasised the application of recommended doses of bio-pesticides to various diseases and insect pests in crops.
         Nang Nancy Munglang, SRF, NICRA-TDC distributed bio-pesticides like Neem cake, Neem oil, Trichoderma viride and Pseudomonas fluorescens were among the farmers.
