KVK, Ri-Bhoi successfully conducted training cum input distribution on Promoting Agri-preneurship for FPOs and Market linkage as a part of 100 days Action plan of KVK’s at Tyrso Village on 8th Aug, 2024 where 30 farmers from the village took part actively in collaboration with. The farmers were trained on different on different venture and avenues for FPOs where they can become entrepreneur and agripreneur. The farmers were also brief about the various guidelines and step for staring export business outside the state and also about the certification process required for the same. To start with KVK Ri Bhoi assisted the FPO with 20 sprayer pump to the newly establish Custom Hiring Center of the FPO. This programme is coordinated by Bankitkupar Mukhim, SMS, Dr M Islam Principal Scientist and Head Filbert N Lyngkhoi, Project Manager and assisted by Samuel Klein Project Assistant FPO member of Iaikyrshan Cluster Farmer Producer Cooperative Society receiving the sprayer pump.
